Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage

We can offer advice on Inheritance Tax.

We can be paid by commission, or a fee of 1% of the loan applied for. For example, should you apply for a loan of £200,000 a fee of £2,000 would be payable.  Our average fee is £250. Any procuration fee paid by the lender will be refunded and offset against the fee.

If your answer was "No" or "I'm not sure" to any of the above then we can probably help so contact us to find out how.

The FSA do not regulate some of tax planning or education fees planning.

For advice on Long Term Care we act as introducers only.
