Park we deal with clients throughout
the world although the majority of our clients are in the South East of England.
We meet our clients where it is most convenient for them, in their home, at
their place of work or at our own offices.
We pride ourselves on the fact that many of our clients have been with us
since we started and have recommended us to their family, friends and colleagues.
We offer the following facilities to our clients:
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
We can be paid by commission, or a fee of 1% of the loan applied for. For example, should you apply for a loan of £200,000 a fee of £2,000 would be payable. Our average fee is £250. Any procuration fee paid by the lender will be refunded or offset against the fee.
